The Aeromen Ottoman is hand-crafted by skilled artisans in the U.S and features a aluminum wrapped wood body with a military-style canvas upholstered top. All the materials such as the wood, metal and the canvas are sourced here in the U.S. 
Each ottoman is unique piece of art with its own, hand-crafted chracteristics and will vary slightly in appearance. Aluminum is a soft, durable material and minor scratches/scuffs are part of the design and not a defect.
